TeamBDN360 is a month-to-month, zero-contract program, but that doesn't mean you wont be fully prepared to get your desired results.

You will get access to all the coaches in the group! Coach Ashley will be conducting the live sessions, while Coach Niki and Coach Launa will be working with you through questions, comments, check-ins, etc.
The workout program provided is designed to be used for the 12-week MYM program. The program starts with 3x/week workouts and will transition into 4x/week, 60-minute or less. You'll need a set of dumbbells to complete it.
However, as the exercise accountability piece of this coaching program is a BONUS, your participation is optional. You can follow along, or not, or just do some of the workouts. Totally up to you, no pressure!
Nope! This program is designed to help you use and incorporate the foods you already eat into a mindful and satisfying eating approach that you can do forever. If you have questions about supplements, we can definitely talk about them, but we will never require you to buy any supplements or any special food.
This program is group coaching, so it is less high-touch than our 1-1 programs. This means less personal accountability and more accountability as a group. TeamBDN360 does not include lab work evaluations or specific protocols for disease/illness/disruption.
Live sessions will be announced closer to the program start! If you cannot make them live, they will be recorded.
This program is evergreen, meaning it runs all the time!
Time will be spent on workouts, check-ins, food preparation, and tracking. Because of this, it will vary per person. I would say it will vary between 2-3 hours per week.
