Group coaching differs from 1-1 in the sole fact that you are not paired with one coach, you are essentially paired with multiple and are a part of a team! This can be a great advantage, as you get suggestions, ideas, and support from all coaches and members of TeamBDN360, not just your coach. This allows for maximum insight and different pathways to achieve success!
You need accountability, but don't feel like 1-1 is the best fit for you.
We know not everyone needs or wants 1-1 coaching. With group coaching, you still get accountability, support, and protocols for results, without the constant check-ins or higher price tag.
You're eager to learn how to eat and train for your body so you can keep seeing results again and again.
We are DONE with the PDF meal plans and "one-solution" fixes out there. They just don't work - nutrition + fitness should be customs for YOU and your schedule/life. What works for one person isn't going to work for someone else, which is why we're focused on finding what works for you and you only!
You want to learn all about macros and how to track them, but have no idea where to start.
I know macro tracking has become a new "buzz" word, but it's actually an extremely effective tool to get you results. Not only is it the most efficient way to streamline progress, you will learn SO MUCH about food and your body and be able to shift into more of an intuituve eating approach.
You don't want to be locked into a longterm plan.
TeamBDN360 is NOT a long-term agreement. We have decided to make it a month-to-month commitment for those looking for short-term results or long-term accountability. We do require a 30-day cancellation notice, but you'll be able to try it out and see how it fits for you instead of committing to 3 months minimum!
You don't require high-touch coaching or specific protocols.
TeamBDN360 will NOT be as customized as 1-1 coaching, meaning we will not be looking over bloodwork or utilising specific protocols for disease management like we do with our 1-1 clients. If this is more of what you need, we urge you to look into our 1-1 coaching plans! This program is more about what, when, and how to eat and adding strength training to your regimen!

Our CEO/Founder, Coach Ashley, started this company with the goal of helping clients learn that there's a better way to lose body fat and build muscle WITHOUT detox teas, crazy supplements, or restricted eating. She has a Doctorate in Pharmacology, is an ACE Certified Health Coach, and also has certifications in Health Mindset, Plant-based Nutrition, Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Science, and a Pre & Postnatal Certification.
Our Assistant Coaches, Coach Launa and Coach Niki, are two of the most incredible and knowledgeable coaches you'll ever work with. Between the two, they are certified in Personal Training, Health Coaching, OFNC (Online fitness & nutrition certification), Crossfit Coaching, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and soon to be Metabolic Female Specialist. Basically, we've got you covered!

TeamBDN360 FAQ's
You will get access to all the coaches in the group! Coach Ashley will be conducting the live sessions, while Coach Niki and Coach Launa will be working with you through questions, comments, check-ins, etc.
The workout program provided is designed to be used for the 12-week MYM program. The program starts with 3x/week workouts and will transition into 4x/week, 60-minute or less. You'll need a set of dumbbells to complete it.
However, as the exercise accountability piece of this coaching program is a BONUS, your participation is optional. You can follow along, or not, or just do some of the workouts. Totally up to you, no pressure!
Nope! This program is designed to help you use and incorporate the foods you already eat into a mindful and satisfying eating approach that you can do forever. If you have questions about supplements, we can definitely talk about them, but we will never require you to buy any supplements or any special food.
This program is group coaching, so it is less high-touch than our 1-1 programs. This means less personal accountability and more accountability as a group. TeamBDN360 does not include lab work evaluations or specific protocols for disease/illness/disruption.
Live sessions will be announced closer to the program start! If you cannot make them live, they will be recorded.
This program is evergreen, meaning it runs all the time!
Time will be spent on workouts, check-ins, food preparation, and tracking. Because of this, it will vary per person. I would say it will vary between 2-3 hours per week.
